While Fitness is very personal, there are aspects that apply to everyone. We all want our bodies to be strong, flexible, healthy and reliable as possible. We want our brains to be alert, adept and highly functioning. Social connections help give meaning and purpose to our day. All of these add up to a better life for us, people around us and our community.
Full Throttle Always – World Fitness Community (FTAWFC) strives to address and include all these aspects of fitness in its one-of-a-kind online platform. Bringing all the aspects together to help an individual pursue and reach “Full Throttle Finess”.
“Fitness Finder” allows you to find every kind of exercise, group, class, sport, event, nutrition, services and more all over the world. In the “Agg” you can build a free mini website that introduces you or your business, sell products, connect to all your social media and much more. The Community Board is the space where you can share information, start conversations, connect privately with other members, check out the member “Agg’s” and search a variety of subjects. Watch or post short videos to the “Push-Ups” section. Vote on your favorite contestant in the “Homepage Competition”. Start your Full Throttle Fitness journey with the Community Board
Find out what other members are saying about weightlifting, bicycling or other fitness and health activities. Browse the latest conversations and topics and sharpen your focus. Post your favorite workout routine and share that with other members. Check out the events section and spice up your routine while meeting people out in the real world. The Community Board is organized into categories, making it easy to find and comment on the posts that matter to you.

Scroll through the drop-down list of fitness opportunities. Take a moment to visualize and imagine yourself playing tennis, working out in the gym or power walking with a group of friends. “Fitness Finder” can connect you with individual classes, gyms, group events, specialists in nutrition, massage and physical therapists and so much more. If you can imagine it, you will find it in Fitness Finder.
Become a member and start an “Agg”
An “Agg” or Aggregate is a powerful tool that allows you to build a mini website that can link to your social media. Include as much or as little information about yourself as you want and update it anytime. Create a personal or business profile and the cost is free. Here you can choose to be included in “Fitness Finder”, offer services and promote your products. Fun and easy to build, the “Agg” is a powerful step towards achieving your goals.
Did you remember to post a short video to “Push-Ups”?
Once you set up an “Agg”, you have the option to post short videos to “Push-Ups”. These videos can be instructive, funny, uplifting, boastful, and motivational. If your videos are about health and wellness, they have a place in “Push-Ups.
Vote or Compete in our Homepage Competition
Anyone with an “Agg” can apply to be in the Homepage Competition where members can vote for their favorites. With enough votes, “Gone Viral”, we will start to sell your NFT’s. Check out the contestants’ profiles and find out what they do to stay motivated and fit. The FTA Homepage Competition is the FTA’s version of an online event. Healthy competition is fun and gives everyone a chance to cheer and support each other. You can’t miss it, It’s on the Homepage.
